As a small business, all orders will be dispatched within 24 hours after purchase.
All orders will be send through Australian Post. We are not responsible for costs, delays, damages or loss connection caused by the postal service and international customs and fees. You will receive an email from CT Collections notifying you once your order has been dispatched with a tracking number attached. Please note that Australia Post only delivers Monday to Friday (not the weekend or public holidays).
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
International orders can take up to 4-6 weeks depending on the size of the order and the amount of time it takes for it to get through customs.
